La hipotensión ortostática es un hallazgo y está definida como el descenso en 20 mm de Hg en la presión sistólica o de 10 mm de Hg en la presión distólica 3 minutos despues de que una persona haya pasado de la posición de decubito supino a la bipedestación. Los síntomas suelen ser MAREO, visión borrosa y SÍNCOPE.
