Scope note: Prueba para la inmunidad antitumoral mediada por células y factores bloqueadores del suero relacionados y basada en el hallazgo de que los leucocitos de un paciente con cáncer, pero no de los controles, cuando se mezclan in vitro con extractos antigénicos de tumores del mismo tipo histológico, experimentan disminución de su adherencia normal a superficies de vidrio. Los sueros de pacientes con tumores bloquean la reacción IAL de sus propios leucocitos y la de otros pacientes con el mismo tipo de tumor.
