Scope note: Condición miasmática más cercana al estado de equilibrio, que es la primera situación indicativa de que se ha instaurado un estado de desequilibrio. En el plano mental se manifiesta por ansiedad, así como por variabilidad y alteración de los síntomas mentales, la aceptación por el individuo de la búsqueda del otro y generación de pensamientos egoístas e ideas destructivas hacia otros. A nivel físico, los síntomas vienen representados por picores, erratismo y mejoría mediante procesos de eliminación. Se trata de una condición más bien funcional que lesiva.

Scope note: Psora refers to any skin disease that presents vesicles or pustules; in Homeopathy it corresponds to one of the three chronic diseases described by Hahnemann (Psora, Sycosis and Syphilinism). Psora is associated with a personal and hereditary history of scabies (scabies) and other pruritic skin diseases acquired through contagion and which remain latent in the body, inducing a chronic reaction mode in certain individuals identified on the psychic level by the state of existential anguish, on the physical level by the skin symptoms and by the improvement of the general condition by the physiological eliminations.
