Scope note: Síndrome que consiste en SINOVITIS, ACNÉ CONGLOBATA, PUSTULOSIS PALMOPLANTAR, HIPEROSTOSIS y OSTEÍTIS. La localización más frecuente de la enfermedad es la región anterosuperior de la pared torácica, y se caracteriza predominantemente por lesiones osteoscleróticas, hiperostosis y artritis de las articulaciones adyacentes. La asociación de lesiones óseas inflamatorias estériles y erupciones cutáneas neutrofílicas es indicativa de este síndrome.

Scope note: Syndrome consisting of SYNOVITIS; ACNE CONGLOBATA; PALMOPLANTAR PUSTULOSIS; HYPEROSTOSIS; and OSTEITIS. The most common site of the disease is the upper anterior chest wall, characterized by predominantly osteosclerotic lesions, hyperostosis, and arthritis of the adjacent joints. The association of sterile inflammatory bone lesions and neutrophilic skin eruptions is indicative of this syndrome.
