Scope note: Falta de respuesta específica de un individuo que normalmente responde para producir una respuesta inmunitaria a un antígeno conocido. Es consecuencia del contacto previo con el antígeno de un individuo inmunológicamente inmaduro (feto o recién nacido) o de un individuo adulto expuesto a una dosis de antígeno extremadamente alta o baja o por exposición a radiación, antimetabolitos, suero antilinfocítico, etcétera.
