EC 1.6.99.2.(NAD(P)H DESHIDROGENASA(QUINONA) es una flavoproteína que reduce diversas quinonas en presencia de NADH o NADPH y es inhibida por el dicumarol. EC 1.6.99.5 (NADH deshidrogenasa (quinona)) requiere NADH, es inhibida por AMP y 2,4-dinitrofenol, pero no por el dicumarol o derivados del ácido fólico. EC 1.6.99.6 (NADPH deshidrogenasa (quinona) requiere NADPH y es inhibida por el dicumarol y por derivados del ácido fólico, pero no por 2,4-dinitrofenol.
