Scope note: Obra que consta de una sesión de médicos sobre sus observaciones en relación con un paciente a la cabecera, sobre el estado físico, datos de laboratorio y diagnósticos, manifestaciones clínicas, resultados del tratamiento actual, etc. Una sesión clínica suele terminar con la confirmación o corrección de los datos clínicos por un diagnóstico anatomopatológico llevado a cabo por un anatomopatólogo. Con frecuencia una "sesión clínica" recibe la denominación de "sesión clinico-anatomopatológica".
