Descriptor English: Gram-Negative Aerobic Rods and Cocci
Descriptor Spanish: Bacilos y Cocos Aerobios Gramnegativos
Descriptor bacilos y cocos aerobios gramnegativos
Descriptor Portuguese: Bacilos e Cocos Aeróbios Gram-Negativos
Descriptor French: Bâtonnets et coques aérobies à Gram négatif
Entry term(s): Gram Negative Aerobic Rods and Cocci
Tree number(s): B03.440.400.425
RDF Unique Identifier: https://id.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/D016946
Scope note: A group of gram-negative bacteria consisting of rod- and coccus-shaped cells. They are both aerobic (able to grow under an air atmosphere) and microaerophilic (grow better in low concentrations of oxygen) under nitrogen-fixing conditions but, when supplied with a source of fixed nitrogen, they grow as aerobes.
