Scope note: Carcinoma descubierto por la Dra. Margaret R. Lewis del Wistar Institut en 1951. Este tumor se originó espontáneamente como carcinoma del pulmón en un ratón C57BL. El tumor no parece ser macroscópicamente hemorrágico y la mayor parte del tejido tumoral es una masa homogénea semifirme. (Cancer Chemother Rep 2 1972 Nov;(3)1:325) También se denomina 3LL y LLC y se usa como tumor maligno trasplantable.
