Scope note: Representación gráfica de un modelo estadístico que contiene escalas para calcular la ponderación predictiva de un valor en relación con cada una de las variables individuales. Los nomogramas son instrumentos que pueden utilizarse para efectuar predicciones de los desenlaces mediante parámetros clínicos específicos. Utilizan ALGORITMOS que incorporan diversas variables para calcular la probabilidad prevista de que un paciente alcance un determinado criterio de valoración clínico.
