Pueden modular la actividad de la LECITIN COLESTEROL ACILTRANSFERASA. Estas apolipoproteínas están en baja concentración en los pacientes ateroscleróticos. Están ausentes o presentes en una concentración extraordinariamente baja en plasma en la ENFERMEDAD DE TANGIER.
