El texto puede ser concreto o general, y habitualmente es exhaustivo sobre problemas y planteamientos de una disciplina o actividad. El concepto está relacionado con la dirección y administración de las actividades de atención de la salud más que a decisiones específicas sobre una determinada circunstancia clínica.
