Scope note: Técnica de sondas moleculares que utiliza ADN ramificado (ADNr) como un medio para amplificar la señal de hibridación. Un extremo de la molécula de ADNr está ideado para que se una a una diana específica, mientras que el otro extremo de la molécula de ADNr contiene muchas ramificaciones de ADN ideadas para unirse a una sonda utilizada para detectar la señal.
