Se produce la señalización del receptor por su asociación con FACTORES ASOCIADOS AL RECEPTOR DE TNF.

The receptor plays a role in regulating lymphoid ORGANOGENESIS and the differentiation of certain subsets of NATURAL KILLER T-CELLS. Signaling of the receptor occurs through its association with TNF RECEPTOR-ASSOCIATED FACTORS.
