Nota de escopo:	Trastorno congénito hemorrágico que se caracteriza por tiempo de hemorragia prolongado, ausencia de agregación plaquetaria como respuesta a la mayoría de los agentes, especialmente ADP, y retracción del coágulo alterada o ausente. Las membranas plaquetarias son deficientes o tienen un defecto en el complejo de la glicoproteína IIb-IIIa (COMPLEJO PLAQUETARIO DE LA GLICOPROTEÍNA GPIIB-IIIA).
