Scope note: Instrumento para promover y compartir conocimiento, información, tecnologías y experiencias entre países o instituciones de un mismo país, a través de programas y proyectos. La transferencia de conocimiento técnico puede efectuarse mediante el trabajo conjunto de dos o más agencias de los dos países cooperantes, en el caso cooperaciones bilaterales, o merced a la cooperación entre una organización internacional y una o más instituciones nacionales, en el caso de cooperaciones multilaterales.
