Scope note: Glicoproteínas que se expresan en los timocitos corticales y en algunas células dendríticas y linfocitos B. Su estructura es similar a la de la clase I del complejo principal de histocompatibilidad (MHC) y se supone que su función también es similar. Los antígenos CD1 son marcadores muy específicos de las CÉLULAS DE LANGERHANS humanas.
